Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it.

To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging still attached.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email info@noveraux.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions.

Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — returns that arrive without prior notice can't always be matched to an order.

YOUR REFUND
Once your return reaches us, we'll check for a refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

EXCHANGES
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.
